Believe it or not the most effective way to wake up feeling naturally energised is by having around 8 hours sleep. Being consistent with what time you go to sleep and wake up is the easiest way to form a good sleeping routine.

Get into the habit of spending time before you sleep away from technology. You can use this time to meditate or read a book which will make you feel more relaxed, therefore allowing you to have a deeper sleep.
